Uma RamMom of a 8 yr old boy1 week agoA. Hello good evening !! Sleepy baby or after waking up generally baby scratches ears. If the baby is scratching ears while active and you observe other symptoms like cranky,reddish gums, keeping toys,hands other things into the mouth then it is teething stage. Using soothers/teethers,finger foods ,breast feeding helps in easing gum pain,discomfort in ears.
