#asktheexperts my baby is running into 24 months of age now,....he is unable to sleep at night....since a week now. earlier he was sleeping at 10.30 pm max. what could be the reason????

Make sure the baby's tummy is full and is not feeling hunger A glass of milk before bed should help Also if the child is showing signs of stomach ache or loss of appetite itching in the anal area it could be a sign of worm infection which could inturn affect the baby sleep Don't show any screens before bed time ircan distrub his melatonin
