#asktheexperts my baby is pooping hard and not pooping for 3to 4 days so I shown doctor he said stop milk totally and has started EVA Q syrup 5ml 2 times..so may I have any other suggestions please

A. do not used medicines for constipationConstipation is very common in babies you have to modify the food which is more in fibre like green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits like apple mango papaya banana etc
