Uma RamMom of 2 children4 weeks agoA. Hello good afternoon !! Yes a few new born babies won't pass regular stools. If the baby is actively taking feed with no gas,tight tummy discomfort then no issues. Do regular tummy massage using caster oil or coconut oil for 5 minutes in a clockwise direction to get relief from gas and constipation issues.
