#asktheexperts my baby is now 4 months old. she is not sleeping properly. over active, always want to play with us. less sleep can create any problems or any concerns. at this stage, is it normal or not. how much sleeping is required now.

A. Minimum sleep required is 8 to 10 hours if your child is taking it out of 24 hours then it is not a problem and we growing is the number of hours for sleep may reduce but the most important part is that it should be at least 8 to 10 hours per day
