#asktheexperts My baby is not sleeping between 12 am - 4 am . He has no issue and problem . any guidance for this ?

A. Hello! It is very common for a newborns to have their days and nights mixed up as they haven’t developed a circadian rhythm. At this age babies typically sleep in short timings. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby on demand.
