AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 8 m old boy1 day agoA. Hello mama Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between .. Give all that u cook for ur family. include ghee , dry fruits, paneer , rice ,egg , potatoes, avoacdo, banana shake in diet for weight gain
