give more than One Katori every time
the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg
vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits
dairy products like curd paneer
nuts
control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods

both height and weight of child always stay in proportion
so if child's height is increase , his body structure looks thin but it doesn't mean that child is having low weight
