ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 day agoA. Namaste Mom, try out varied forms and ways to include them in the diet ,you can very well give in the form of vegetable soups, also grate or finely chop them and you may use in making flavoured rice, idli, dosa, chilla, or even in making paranthas etc
