#asktheexperts my baby is not eating solid enough.. he's is only depends on milk... what can I do..

A. Hey! Milk is easy to drink and very filling. When a toddler drinks too much milk, they never experience the natural hunger required to try solid foods. You should limit the milk intake to maximum of 400 ML per day. Gradually reduce the amount. Serve the solids first, establish a time gap.
