Honestly vaccination sometimes can lead to discomfort into the vaccination area and fever also leads to reducing the feeding so you should apply some ice cube on the affected area and then apply Thermophob to reduce swelling and give paracetamol if there is much pain as a child will relax slowly will see things will get better
