NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy10 months agoA. hello u can give paracetamol for fever amd put saline drops n use instant rub from babyhug which s effective n in regards to medicine it is better to check with ur doctor n she will be able to guide u accirdingly nothing to worry
