#asktheexperts my baby is lactose problem he is lactose intalltrence so what food I avoide and what food we give

You have to avoid all the foods which are associated with dairy that’s the most important things since your child is lactose intolerance also would recommend recommended to start with homoeopathic treatment for the child that is going to be really very helpful in getting over this issue permanently over the period
