#asktheexperts my baby is lactose intolerance... pls suggest the foods which I can give him in substitute of milk nd also whn milk can be added in his diet?

A. Hello mom generally in such cases lactose containing food and it’s products are to be avoided , such as animal milk mainly cows milk and Buffalo milk and varies products made out of it such as panner , ghee , curds , bread and many bakery products . Read the ingredient list . You can opt for plant source milk such as soya or almond or cashew milk etc
