#asktheexperts my baby is having severe constipation I have ganged doctor 4times but there is no relief his bowel movement is very painful for him please suggest what to do and diet please

Please give more of fibres and fluids in the diet of your child which would be important try these other three things that I am going to suggest you about 60 ML of prune juice you can give before sleeping start the day with a glass of warm water and in the night apply some castor oil on the evil
