#asktheexperts my baby is having loose motions... doctor have given zifi 50 readymix and ristol z powder...can I give sacctik plus along with Zifi 50? are sacctik plus and ristol z both probiotics? plzz suggest

Keep the diet simple and bland,like boiles carrot puree, boiled potatoes, daal- Khichdi,sabudana kheer. You can add nutmeg, fennel seeds, ginger in preparation
