#asktheexperts My baby is having caugh and cold ,and he can’t sleep at night but he wants to sleep, once he coughs he cries a lot, any remedies for this so that he can sleep Thank you

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician20 hours agoA. ok. give your toddler steam inhalation or nebulization a couple of times a day. apply baby rub on his chest back n bottom of feet for instant relief,use nasal saline drops or room humidifier
