AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 1 m old boy3 months agoA. Hi mom Hairfall can be due to iron deficiency. U can give supplements.. For this u need to consult ur doctor for the same once. also use coconut oil for hair as this help to give strength to hair roots and prevent hairfall
