A. Namaste Mom, Consider formula feed as the meal itself. so maintain a gap of at least 2 to 4 hours between solids and formula milk as such , it also varies as per the quantity offered

A. Start with one meal per day with only 2 to 3 tsp not more than that Introduce only 1 food for 3 days than after 3 days include another food. Don't wait till baby is hungry for feeding solid.Best offer solid in afternoon meal

A. Mam at least 15 to 20 teaspoons a child should consume and food is given on a food timing it has got nothing to do with milk it’s depending upon how you want to set a schedule and like you’re giving proper breakfast lunch and dinner so give it on that time and feed the child with milk when the child is hungry next time so there is no concept of giving it before milk after 60 minutes of milk it’s totally dependent on the hunger of the child
