Q.

#asktheexperts My baby is 9month + and can chew food. He has 4 teeths. Can we introduce to him solid foods like aloo ka paratha, salads and can give him foods like we eat ?

A. Hi kids can chew food properly with the help of back teeth..as of now only front teeth have erupted so give semi-solid diet to your child.. maintain good oral hygiene by brushing twice daily

Yes you can give, Fruits: bananas, soft pears, peaches, watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries.Vegetables: soft-cooked broccoli, carrots, green beans, sweet potatoes.Protein: eggs, soft-cooked or ground meat, tofu, smashed beans, low mercury fish.Healthy fats: avocado, fish, olive oil, nut butters.
