#asktheexperts my baby is 8 months old .. as i started giving him solid foods he inclined to eat with interest but he denies milk he hardly drink 500 ml milk in 24 hrs. what should i do ??

A. Dear mum, at the age of 8 months, having 350 ml to 400 ml of milk in a day is fine. Milk can also be included in the form of recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer. Breastfeeding should be continued.
