#asktheexperts my baby is 8 month old so can I give fig fruit with milk it’s kind of shake ?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom cows milk can only be Introduced to the baby from the age of 10 months and onwards .. so don’t give them now .. you can though initially introduce the baby to figs

Continue Giving bm/fm in between and on demand.
