Q.

#asktheexperts my baby is 7 months old, I’m not having sufficient breast milk we r giving formula feed to her. I have started solids from 6 month onwards. How many times need to give formula feed in between solids and also please specify the ML (formula feed quantity) for the whole day.

A. 24 to 36 ounces of formula or breast milk (now that your baby's a more efficient nurser, you'll probably breastfeed her four to six times a day) 4 to 9 tablespoons of cereal, fruit and vegetables a day, spread out over two to three meals.
