#asktheexperts my baby is 7.kg she is one year old now what can I do now I am feeling very low on this her weight is not upto to her age please give me some advice

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy3 weeks agoA. Hello mama What is the birth weight?? Ideally the weight gets double the birth weight by one year. Start to give all that u cook for ur family. include ghee ,paneer, egg ,banana shake ,rice ,potatoes etc in diet for weight gain.
