#asktheexperts My baby is 7.5 months old..but still she wakes up in the night in every 3 hrs.. usually babies sleep for longer duration. I gave her solid too so that her stomach should be full but still it happens What could be the reason hunger( which I don't think is the reason) or is she madee up her sleep pattern like that?

Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Give. Seasonal fruits cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
Take a good care of your baby
Make meal time fun with toys and story
Give adequate water
Offer different varieties of food
