#asktheexperts My baby is 6months 6 days old, and weighs 7.1 Lg. She is very active, sits without support for some time, but has not started to sit by herself. is the growth fine?

A. mam baby weight depends on birth weight and normally doubles by the age of 6 months and triples by the age of one year. if baby is active and taking feed properly then no need to panic. babies start to sit by the ages of six to eight months. please start giving formula milk and semi solid food items to the baby now.
