#asktheexperts my baby is 6mo ths old and started her semi solids ..from past one week shes not having formula milk and solids properly life before.. please advise what can be done

A. Hi parents please avoid formula food please give easily digestible food like warm dal water moong water or rice starch with small quantity of spices and ghee you can give properly cooked rice and khichdi please give daily massage with Babyhug coconut oil
