#asktheexperts My baby is 6.5 months old and I have started giving semi solids now..earlier I use to give her my feed and 3 times formula feed but now she only takes my feed and 1 time formula feed..is it fine for her health? And how many times in a day I shall give her semi solids?

A. Dear parent, give top food 2 to 3 times a day and up to half katori every time. You should breastfeed more and reduce formula as much as possible. Breastfeeding is the best. Breastfeed till 2 years.
