ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, 5 months is not the right time to introduce solid foods. You should continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. Breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.
