ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear mum many babies begin to sleep through the night as they grow older from 3 months onwards also they may feed more duration and frequency at different times of the day if passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours is active alert gaining adequate weight then feeding is sufficient
