ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 4 months old now if you mean to start dentonic then it's advisable to avoid it as there are few components in that medicine which can be harmful for your baby.give gentle massage to gums and give a pacifier or small pieces of carrot to chew
