#asktheexperts My baby is 4 months old & he only sleeps 12 hrs in a day is it ok ??? Also he's on formula feed , can we start giving him dal water from now??

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Wait and let your baby completes six months and then start giving semi solids and liquids and feed baby on regular intervals as if tummy is full baby sleeps well abd maintain peaceful environment in the room

Its Okay if your child is maintaining a minimum three 412 hour see 16 to 18 hours is considered good at this time a minimum of 16 hours is definitely considered good but wehours is also fine also going to tell you that you cannot start with food before completing the age of 26 weeks so you do need to wait
