#asktheexperts My baby is 4 months and 15 days old and has severe dandruff on his head. Can I bathe my baby with shampoo once? Because winter is starting, I can't do it anymore.

Maam it is not dandruff it is basically cradle cap which is a dead layer of skin on the head of the child which is going to go away once you get the head shaved off totally and in winter season in specially in the area where it is too much cold you should give one day bath and other day sponge that is the best way to deal with winter season
