#asktheexperts my baby is 4 month old he is just trying to lift his head now, is it OK with this bcz at this age group mostly baby's keep their head steady?? is this normal?

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 11 m old boy1 week agoA. Hello good evening !! Yes by 3.5 - 5 months babies hold their neck and lift their head so it is normal . Do tummy time daily - Place a mat or blanket on the floor keep baby on tummy for 5-10 minutes it helps in holding the neck ,crawling and strengthening abs .
