#asktheexperts My baby is 4 mnths old. When it will good to introduce food to my baby He has enough milk his activities doing good.

A. Dear mum, you should introduce foods to your baby only after the completion of 6 months. Until then you should exclusively breastfeed. Breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.
