#asktheexperts my baby is 4.5 month old should I give cow milk once in a day . kindly help me out with this query

No cows milk can only be introduced after completing the age of one year not before that and that when you introduce it to the child make sure that you are adding about 20 to 30% of water to make it easy and light for your child to digest that is something important to be taken care of
