Q.

#asktheexperts My baby is 3 yrs old but her growth is slow. She is very weak. Plz suggest something thar i should include in her diet and can i give her multivitamins ?

A. of course dear... you should start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of your child.. child should be healthy not chubby.. so don't worry too much

A. Hi mom Multivitamin should be given only if prescribed by the doctor. The weight of three year should be around 13 - 15 kgs. Include egg, ghee, dry fruits, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, Banana shake, potatoes, rice, chicken etc in ur baby's diet for weight gain.
