Uma RamMom of 2 children1 month agoA. Hello good evening !! Yes few new born babies constipate and won't pass stool regularly. It is normal until 3-4 days if the baby is actively taking feed with no gas and tight tummy issues. Do tummy massage using warm oil ,it helps in increasing bowel movements .
