#asktheexperts my baby is 26 days old 10 wet diapers per day 2 -3 yellow stools per day he gained weight only 100 grams he sleeps less than 10 hours he always wants to feed and he sleep on me. when I place him on bed immediately he wake up and cry.

A. It is absolutely normal and initially you have yo feed the baby on demand as well gradually after two months the baby will develop a pattern so no need yo worry it will take sometimes

A. Okay so the tool and urine seems to be very good but the weight if the child has only gained hundred gram in an entire month and that is very less and minimum expectation is 500 g which is meant to be met so if the child is constantly looking for feeding it is indicating with what you have mentioned that your fear is not enough neither it is helping to keep the child full neither it is helping in weight gain please consult your doctor I do suggest you to start giving formula to the child
