A. Hello good morning !! Yes new born babies sleep at a stretch of 3-4 hours it is fine. But feeding frequently every two hours is a must to avoid thirst and dehydration. So give feed every 2-3 hours by gently patting ,rubbing ear,feet to make them latch and burp well after every feed.
