Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy5 months agoA. Hello my dear parent! Gently wipe it off with a soft cloth dipped in lukewarm water. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby on demand. Consult a child doctor for a personal diagnosis and seek guidance in this matter. Good luck and take care.
