Q.

#asktheexperts my baby is 2 years and 4 months old. I stopped giving her multivitamin syrup when she was one year old as she was resistant to it. I am worried sometimes if this might cause any deficiency in her. however, I include almost all the vegetables ,sufficient milk ,daal , rice and roti in her dailydiet. should I start giving the multivitamins, calcium and Folic too right away?

A. it's okay.. no need to give supplements, as your baby is taking her food well.. give all family food.. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all.
