examination is needed by the doctor for need of antibiotics.
can give probiotics like econorm / sporolac / enterogermina one to two times as per dr's recommendations. x
give easily digestible food.
ors to be given if loose motion is in more quantity to prevent dehydrationx and ensure adequate glucose level in the body.
for vomiting give syp emeset / ondem / vomikind 5ml.
do not give milk

No no having blood any time into the poop of your child is not good it’s basically due to our stomach infection you’ll have to get it checked with your doctor regarding the situation whatever is required the doctor would be able to give your appropriate help and response on that
