#asktheexperts my baby is 2.5 months old...sometimes I feel that my milk is not sufficient for him..How can I assure that my milk is sufficient for him or not ?

U See if your child is full for at least a time of 2 to 3 hours after taking a feeding from you that means you’re free just sufficient for the child and the second way to judge it possible is that if your child is gaining a minimum of 400 g every month then that’s also good game and sign that the feeding is
