#asktheexperts my baby is 1yr old n 10 days ago he had blood mucus in stool doc said it might be due to stomach infection and gave medicines. Again from today mrng he is having the same blood mucus in stools. What could be the reason for this. Is this due to excessive body heat or any infection?

A. hello this would require a proper medical attention and it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly since the child is also small and safe
