Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers t may have night terrors and nightdmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

Sleep pattern varies from baby to baby.
If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise ,accepting feeds, gaining weight then no need to worry.
Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups.
