After consultation, we gave him pcm and LCZ along with saline drops. Earlier his temperature was below 100 but today he is having 101-102 temperature. Give sinarist 1.5 ML as of now twice a day to your child for five days it will help in controlling the running nose and fever is high so please start doing cold sponging immediately and still if the fever is not coming down then you should just either visit the emergency or consult your paediatrician because 102° fahrenheit is quite a high fever for a child

Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongeshtants .
steam inhvalation would be beneficial .
