#asktheexperts my baby is 13months old now and I add chiku in her homemade Cerelac daily as she likes it.. is it is fine to offer chiku daily

A. Yes, dear chiku is generally safe and recommended to be introduced to babies around 6-7 months old, when they are ready to start eating solids. At 13 months, your baby should be able to handle a variety of textures and can likely enjoy chiku in a mashed or cubed form.

A. Yeah it is a good option if you want to give it to the child there is no problem but the thing is that why are you still giving Cerelac even if it is home-made in this you should give everything you should teach a child to choose the food properly instead of giving this
