shreya goelMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello mom If your baby is totally on mother’s milk, then you should definitely add sufficient water in your regular diet. Because mother’s milk contains high percentage of water which also fulfil the need of water in babies. Still doesn’t get relief then consult with your doctor about it
