#asktheexperts My baby is 10 months old. I am a working woman. can I stop breastfeeding or should I continue it for more months?

If possible at least feed till age 1 to 1.5 years as such
though currently you can make solids their main part of the diet and you can feed the baby when ever possible or also can can pump and store the milk as well

Mam we recommended to feed till the age of two years of course we do advise you to introduce the complimentary feeding to the child when you decide to quit it’s easy for you and for the child but now if you want to get this early it would be completely your choice depending upon your work schedule but if you can then you should feed
